William Donato
Executive Pastor (Elder)
Pastor Will Donato serves as the Executive Pastor of Immanuel Church, where he brings a deep passion for shepherding people, cultivating healthy ministry systems, and helping others encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Will’s journey of faith is marked by both hardship and profound grace. While serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom, he experienced a life-threatening situation in the desert that would later become a defining moment in his story. In the Lord’s providence, God preserved his life physically—and in the spring of 2013, graciously called him to new life spiritually. This powerful encounter with Christ ignited a lifelong commitment to ministry and discipleship.
In 2015, Will and his wife, Rosa, stepped out in faith to start a small home fellowship known as House to House Ministries. What began as a simple gathering in their home grew into a vibrant expression of community, rooted in the Word and centered on authentic relationships. As the ministry developed, the Lord clearly directed them to partner with Immanuel Church. In 2018, House to House Ministries merged with Immanuel, uniting the two bodies into one church family.
Since that time, Pastor Will has faithfully served Immanuel Church in multiple leadership roles, contributing to its spiritual growth, organizational health, and vision for the future. Today, as Executive Pastor, he plays a key role in guiding the church’s mission, supporting its leaders, and helping create environments where people can grow in their faith and live on mission.
Pastor Will holds a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, equipping him to minister with both theological depth and pastoral care.
Will and Rosa have been together for 29 years and share a strong, Christ-centered marriage that reflects their commitment to faith and family. Together, they are blessed with four adult children—Jessie, Marlene, Robert, and Alex—and nine grandchildren, who bring them great joy.
At the heart of Pastor Will’s ministry is a simple but powerful desire: to see people truly know Jesus, experience His healing and freedom, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
